Derek A. Colvin
Derek started his career a prosecuting attorney from 2009 through 2021. As a trial attorney, Derek gained extensive experience and earned a reputation as a tough but fair litigator. In 2022, Derek transitioned to a life in private practice by becoming an inside general counsel. By working with business executives, he quickly developed a passion for business and commercial law. As a seasoned litigator focused on thinking critically and communicating effectively, Derek is well-suited to advise and protect your business.

Derek also leads our firms litigation and dispute resolution practice.
