Our ability to help is not limited by proximity to an office
Most business, franchise, and trademark matters can be handled efficiently through video conferences, telephone calls, email, electronic document exchange, and electronic signatures. This allows our attorneys to work with clients across Virginia and, for many franchise and federal trademark matters, throughout the United States.
Local proximity may still matter for court appearances, in-person negotiations, property-related matters, or circumstances in which a face-to-face meeting is helpful. We generally focus our Virginia litigation practice within Hampton Roads and evaluate other matters individually.
